Always-on Content
From 2018 to 2022, I collaborated with LINE Thailand as a creative content specialist and ghostwriter for LINE for Business. At the time, LINE was rapidly expanding its ecosystem for businesses, introducing tools like LINE Shopping, LINE Official Account (LINE OA), and various marketing features designed to empower SMEs and brands in Thailand. My role? To help bring these tools to life through compelling content that was informative but also engaging and actionable for business owners.
Throughout this journey, I was responsible for:
Developed monthly content strategies—Pitching themes and topics aligned with business trends and SME pain points.
Crafted in-depth articles and case studies as a ghostwriter, providing actionable marketing insights.
Collaborated with graphic designers to create visually compelling content that was easy to digest.
Ampliffied content across multiple platforms—LINE for Business, Facebook, and X (Twitter)—to maximize reach and engagement.

Looking back, working with LINE Thailand was more than just a job—it was an opportunity to deeply understand how businesses connect with technology and how content can shape brand perception. Some of my biggest takeaways from this journey include:
Content Strategy is About Problem-Solving
Writing for businesses means understanding their struggles first. Every piece had to be crafted from the perspective of "How will this help a business owner?" rather than just listing features.
The Power of Clear and Engaging Business Communication
As a ghostwriter, I had to ensure that complex marketing concepts were communicated in a way that was accessible, relevant, and actionable for SMEs, without losing depth.
Collaboration is Key
This role wasn’t just about writing and working with designers, marketers, and brand teams to create content that felt holistic and well-executed. The best content comes from cross-functional teamwork.
Amplification Matter
Creating great content is one thing, but ensuring it reaches the right audience is another. Learning how to optimize and distribute content across different platforms was a crucial part of the process.
This project shaped a significant part of my career, reinforcing my passion for storytelling that blends creativity with business impact. The most rewarding part of the experience was seeing how content could genuinely help businesses make smarter marketing decisions.
